Overview
PTO Software Lead Engineer - US, Ohio - 12 Months Initial Contract
This is a fantastic opportunity for aPTO Software Lead Engineerto join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.
What you'll do:
Technical oversight of a project within the project program
Working closely with the Project Technical Team to ensure the automation solution is aligned with the overall program automation philosophy and standards
Collaborate with their Digital/MES workstream counterpart leads to align the automation and digital solutions
Provide technical support/oversight to the project team to ensure that applicable standards are followed
Ensure consistency of the automation deliverables (requirements, functional specifications, control strategies, phases, and recipes, etc.)
What you'll need:
BS Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Extensive working Automation experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry (preferable in API/drug substance manufacturing)
Previous experience in the delivery of large Automation Projects in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Requires extensive experience in DeltaV Batch DCS
Strong experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs
Preferable, previous experience with Aveva PI
Exceptional teamwork abilities
