Responsibilities
PostSales for Enterprise customers
Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting)
Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (GPO)
Configure and troubleshoot Hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V, and Nutanix-AHV) and Hyper-converged Infrastructure (vSAN, and Nutanix)
Configure virtual networking (vSwitch) and storage
Support and troubleshooting storage systems (Dell, HPE, and Lenovo)
Deploy and manage Azure and/or AWS cloud resources such as VMs, VNets, Azure AD, Backup, and Intune
Support hybrid cloud environments and lead cloud migration projects (Azure and/or AWS)
Configure Veeam Backup & Replication and Veeam ONE Monitor, including job scheduling, alerting, troubleshooting, and reporting
Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam or native Azure/AWS tools
Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
Configure Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and enforce device compliance policies
Implement Microsoft 365 security configurations, compliance rules, and MFA; resolve user-related issues
Manage endpoint security tools (e.g., Trend Micro, CrowdStrike); monitor vulnerabilities, apply system patches, and ensure compliance with security and backup policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Thai nationality only
1+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or system engineering
PowerShell scripting skills (a plus)
Certifications such as AZ-104, MS-102, MCSA (preferred)
Strong background in system infrastructure administration
Solid problem-solving and documentation skills
Effective communication and good command of English
Willingness to support after-hours maintenance or incidents
Team player with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
