My client—an innovative manufacturer serving top-tier OEMs—is looking for a hands-on 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee safety, production, and performance on the evening shift in a dynamic unionized manufacturing facility. Supervise safety, production, and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing facility Manage personnel, equipment, and KPIs to meet production goals Lead daily Gemba walks, report out on metrics, and uphold audit readiness Support lean initiatives through 5S, kaizen events, and root cause analysis Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance standards Ensure product meets ISO and customer standards and support internal audits About You
Be able to do the job as described Minimum 5 years in a union manufacturing environment with supervisory experience Proven leader in 5S, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement practices Familiar with ISO/TS quality systems and high-volume production standards Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with production software preferred How To Apply
