This isn't a role where you'll be stuck tweaking legacy designs or buried in spreadsheets. You'll be hands-on with real hardware from day one-designing, prototyping, testing, and shipping systems that solve real-world problems. If you're curious, collaborative, and want to grow fast-we want to hear from you. What You'll Work On: Design and develop analog and mixed-signal circuits

for power, sensing, and control systems Prototype and test designs-yes, you'll actually get to use the lab bench

Use tools like

OrCAD, SPICE, or LTspice

to simulate and validate your ideas

Work side-by-side with mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineers

Troubleshoot, iterate, and improve designs based on real performance data

Engage with suppliers and vendors to source the right parts and solutions

Document your work clearly so others can build on it
