(USA) Vision Center Manager NL 1

Position Summary... Drives sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, and in-stock inventory levels. Manages budgeting and forecasting sales, assessing economic trends and community needs. Models, enforces, and provides guidance to Associates on customer service approaches to ensure customer needs and issues are successfully resolved within company standards. Oversees community outreach programs and encourages associates to serve as good community members. Ensures compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports, implementing safety controls, and developing performance improvement plans. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing contributions. Ensures the provision of quality eyewear through consultation, education, and minor repairs. Upholds the company's open door policy and builds strong relationships with stakeholders. Supports company mission, values, and ethics, fostering a culture of belonging and integrity. Acts with honesty, fairness, and transparency, and makes data-driven decisions prioritizing customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. The hourly wage range is $23.50-$33.50, with additional bonuses and location-based pay adjustments. Minimum Qualifications... Completion of 2+ years of college OR 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience OR 2 years general work including 1 year optical experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable laws. Preferred Qualifications... Supervising Associates.
