Contract Analyst- New
Installation/Modernization to join our dynamic Contracts team in
Atlanta, GA. Responsible for reviewing and negotiating NI/MOD contract documents, ensuring alignment with company standards and protecting TKE’s interests in areas such as liability, payment terms, lien rights, and other critical clauses. You’ll play a key role in supporting departmental operations, meeting SLA and KPI goals, and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external clients. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Examine construction contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies. Identify potential risks or red flags in contract terms and conditions. Prepare, edit, and revise contract drafts and amendments or redlines to protect TKE interests. Provide guidance and alternative contract language to customers as wells as branch personnel on complex legal matters that may negatively impact company operations. Negotiate terms with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders Manage and update contract databases and tracking systems. Track and manage contract modification requests from initiation through approval and final execution Knowledge of contract terms, bonds, insurance certificates, and OCIP/CCIP processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers through responsive communication, tailored solutions, and a commitment to exceeding expectations. Coordinate with legal, finance, and construction teams to resolve contract-related issues. Manage and resolve escalated issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
