Your Tasks: Working as Project Leader for the technical implementation of projects at the key account in the consumer electronic industry by developing and providing adhesive solutions

analyze customer needs and determining technical and process-related requirements

Continuous and frequent/ daily, project-related coordination with the customer and the technical departments at DELO headquarters in Germany and subsidiaries (Technology Center, Process Management, Product Management and Research & Development) as

Building up application-specific process know-how and support the customer Contract manufacturer to implement the process

Proactively guide and coordinate participating colleagues in other sales regions for these projects

Tracking and identifying technical trends relevant to the specific key account and deriving possible fields of application (trend scouting). Exchange with experts to gain technical information on future trends or running projects (road map meetings)

Providing feedback to and work in close cooperation with the Global Key Account Manager

Your Skills: You are located in the Greater San Jose Area (CA)

Degree in Engineering, i.e. Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Material Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering or similar technical areas (Bachelor’s required, Master welcome

At least 3 years of experience in a technical corporate environment – preferably as Sales or Application Engineer in the adhesive sector or similar industries such as surface treatment, consumer electronics, Semiconductor industry

Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems

Prior expertise in adhesives is not required as you will get intensive and exciting training in Germany

Willingness to travel
