Regional Service Manager About the Role We are seeking a skilled and service-driven
Cryogenic Service Technician
to join our team, supporting customers across
Central Indiana . In this role, you’ll be responsible for the
installation, maintenance, and repair
of cryogenic storage and gas distribution systems at customer sites. This is a field-based role requiring technical expertise, customer focus, and a strong commitment to safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities Install and service
cryogenic bulk tanks ,
microbulk systems ,
liquid cylinders , and
vacuum-insulated piping . Maintain and repair
vaporizers ,
pressure-building systems ,
pumps , and
gas control panels . Conduct
preventive maintenance
and
emergency service
on customer equipment. Perform
system startups , calibrations, and testing of
flow meters ,
valves , and
telemetry systems . Support a variety of customer applications including
medical gas systems ,
welding/fabrication ,
food processing , and
cryopreservation . Ensure all work complies with
DOT ,
FDA ,
OSHA , and company safety standards. Accurately document work performed and maintain clear communication with the service team and customers. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support. Qualifications 3+ years of experience servicing cryogenic or gas delivery systems preferred (training available for the right candidate). Familiarity with
vacuum-insulated piping ,
cryogenic valves , and
pressurized gas systems . Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot pumps, valves, regulators, and control systems. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL a plus). Strong safety mindset and understanding of regulatory compliance. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Willingness to travel throughout

(day travel with occasional overnights).
