Polar Ridge, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Lead HHA/CNA to join our growing team! Polar Ridge Senior Living is a beautiful community located in North St. Paul, MN, right off Highway 36, near the Giant Snowman and North High School. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 114-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Our community is growing, and we have a fun, passionate, and caring team dedicated to assisting our residents Age Magnificently. Join us today! Shifts Available: Full Time, PM Shift, including rotating weekends Lead CNA Wage: $19.50-$24.50 per hour, based on experience Lead HHA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience Are you compassionate and passionate about enriching the lives of others? If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! Our CNAs and HHAs become like family and make a meaningful impact on our residents' lives. In this position, you will provide support to our residents with personal care services, including: Providing direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as outlined in the care plan. Mentoring and training new employees, coordinating and communicating break times, and assisting with staffing and scheduling to support our team. Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive, compassionate care. Assisting with medication administration. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. At least 6 months of experience as a HHA or CNA. Interest in training and mentoring new employees. Strong interest in healthcare. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Eligible for annual reviews and wage increases.
