Base Pay Range

$30.00/hr - $33.00/hr.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for tackling mobile quality issues from various streams including data from Carrier, VOC, Supply Chain, Customer Care, B2B and Network Performance.
• Mainly deal with issues before/after mobile product is launched in the market.
• Proficiency speaking and writing in both English and Korean is required.
• Provide technical support for the client carriers' marketing and engineering personnel on issues reported from market.
• Perform stationary and field test of issue reproduction.
• Communicate with internal R&D, carriers, and customers for the market issue reported and follow up.
• Track, collect and analyze network KPI and other quality data when major issues are reported.
• Manage master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.

Requirements

• Familiar with LTE and IMS/VoLTE Protocol.
• Knowledge of Android infrastructure.
• Familiar with Python, C++, Java.
• Write / Review TCs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or predictive analytics is a plus.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis, decision analysis and establish process mapping is a plus.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Data Science equivalent level of work experience.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in wireless industry preferred in Mobile QA or Mobile testing.

Pay Transparency

Typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $30.00 - $33.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.
