We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and professionally. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, which not only resolves issues but also creates a positive experience that fosters customer loyalty.

Pay Range: $900 - $1150 per week
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues thoroughly and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
- Provide information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
