What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to facilitate candidate movement and communication
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and scheduling platforms to streamline recruitment processes
• Screen candidates and assist with various Recruiting and People Ops tasks as needed
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting strategies and processes

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting coordination experience using Greenhouse ATS
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with GoodTime scheduling or similar technology
• Experience in high-demand environments, managing sensitive information with discretionStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in human resources, recruiting, coordination, or customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar platforms
