About the Opportunity

Sandella Sova is proud to partner with a multinational corporation in Savannah. The HR department is seeking a HR Representative - Recruiting to join their team. The role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for all open positions, primarily for skilled trades roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Conduct screening interviews, schedule manager interviews, and facilitate candidate evaluations.
  • Support the design and execution of performance management processes.
  • HR operations including benefits planning, data maintenance, payroll, and general HR support.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required; HR related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience; skilled trades preferred.
  • Experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS talent management preferred.

This is an on-site position, with regular hours expected.
