Transportation Program Manager
to lead our
Ride PVI
program—an essential service that helps seniors maintain independence by providing safe, reliable transportation.

What You’ll Do
Lead day‑to‑day operations of Ride PVI and manage a dedicated transportation team
Ensure
high service quality
and rider satisfaction
Oversee logistics, schedules, and performance systems
Build and grow
community partnerships
to expand service impact
Manage program
budgets, reporting, and compliance
Partner with Development for
grant submissions and data reporting
Identify
innovation and process improvements
to support program growth
Support PVI’s mission: helping seniors age in place with dignity and independence
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years supervisory/management experience
Experience in
transportation, nonprofit programs, human services, or senior services
preferred
Strong operational planning, problem‑solving, and leadership skills
Comfortable managing teams, metrics, and program growth
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Reliable transportation and ability to be onsite
Grant writing/reporting experience a plus
