About the Role We are seeking an experienced
Construction Project Manager
to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects in the
Seattle metro area . The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, client relations, and field collaboration — ensuring successful delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and cost forecasts.
Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress billings.
Collaborate with field superintendents to ensure work meets design intent, safety standards, and quality expectations.
Track project performance against key milestones and financial goals.
Anticipate and mitigate potential risks or delays.
Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
5–10 years
of experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably in the Pacific Northwest.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects ranging from
$1M to $50M+ .
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of building systems, means and methods, and local permitting processes.
Proficiency in
Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite .
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Preferred Project Types
Office, mixed-use, education, healthcare, industrial, or tenant improvement.
Experience with design-build or negotiated delivery methods a plus.
