We are currently in search of a qualified
Part-Time Compounding Pharmacist
to become a valued member of our professional team. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in non-sterile compounding, exhibit strong attention to detail, and uphold a commitment to delivering patient-centric care. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review compounded medications in full compliance with USP and standards. Review and interpret medication prescriptions to ensure a high level of accuracy and safety. Counsel both patients and healthcare providers on various compounded medication options. Ensure all documentation, labeling, and records are maintained accurately. Provide supervision and guidance to pharmacy technicians in their compounding tasks. Adhere to all applicable state, federal, and accreditation compliance standards. Qualifications: Active Massachusetts Pharmacist license is required. Prior experience in a compounding pharmacy is highly preferred (non-sterile). Familiarity with USP compounding guidelines is essential. Excellent organizational and communication skills, alongside strong leadership abilities. Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team structure. Compensation & Schedule: This is a part-time position, amounting to approximately 25 hours each week. Competitive compensation will be offered based on individual experience. A signing bonus of $500 will be provided after the completion of 180 days of service.
