Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Full-Time Compounding Pharmacist

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-sterile compounding, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for providing patient-centered care. You will play a crucial role in our mission to enhance the health and well‑being of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review compounded medications, ensuring strict adherence to USP and standards at all times.

Carefully review and interpret medication prescriptions to guarantee accuracy and patient safety.

Provide counseling to patients and healthcare professionals regarding various compounded medication alternatives.

Maintain precise documentation, labeling, and record‑keeping for all compounded medications.

Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians in their compounding responsibilities.

Ensure compliance with all relevant state, federal, and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

Must hold an active Massachusetts Pharmacist license.

Previous experience in a compounding pharmacy is preferred (focus on non‑sterile compounding).

Understanding of USP compounding guidelines is advantageous.

Possess excellent organizational and communication skills, along with demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team‑oriented environment.

Compensation & Schedule

This is a full‑time role, requiring 40 hours per week.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience ( Salary:

$55.00 - $65.00 per hour).

A signing bonus of $1000 will be awarded after 180 days of successful service.

Eligible to enroll in a 401(K) plan with matching contributions.
