Key Responsibilities
Shift assignment will be four days per week, 6 AM to 6 PM or 6 PM to 6 AM.
Prepares wafers for experimentation, including cleaning, loading wafers, preparing reactor for experimentation, cleaning reactors, operating reactor to perform etch process.
Recommends performance of process system and troubleshooting.
Prepares cross-section samples for scanning electron microscope (SEM) and TEM, including cutting, mounting coupons, cleaning, coating and submission.
Records process conditions and experimental observations. Evaluates wafers and coupons, including modification of process recipes.
Prepares graphs and tables summarizing results.
Coordinates with process engineers on wafer evaluations. Sets up equipment for experiments.
Uses quantitative wafer evaluation and process instrumentation knowledge to draw conclusions from data.
Assists in training lower level technicians.
Develops and publishes best known method (BKM) procedures including sample prep and special sample handling.
Knowledgeably operates laboratory process equipment and instrumentation.
Qualifications
Education: Technical Diploma.
Experience: 4–7 years of related work experience.
Years of Experience: 4 ‑ 7 Years.
Shift 4 days per week, 6 AM - 6 PM or 6 PM - 6 AM. 72‑Swing Spec 12‑Hr CWW (United States of America).
Travel Yes, 10% of the Time.
Relocation Eligibility Yes.
Salary Range $33.00 - $45.65
Other Information For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
