The Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive position is available from our Lowell, MA or Portsmouth, NH offices.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Accountable for delivering high‑quality, efficient service to clients through day‑to‑day account management.
Contribute to key business outcomes such as client retention, satisfaction, margin targets and a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
Profitably manage an assigned group of accounts and drive renewal excellence in partnership with the Production team.
Secure existing business and sell additional services and lines of coverage.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met.
Own all audit, review, and claims processes for the assigned book of business.
Analyze data to draft client service plans, stewardship reports, and other meaningful reports tailored to client needs.
Forecast industry trends to predict needed changes in client strategies.
Review changes in carrier offerings and policies and relay information to the larger service team and directly to clients, including cross‑selling other lines of business.
Facilitate and collaborate with the account team on the agency’s renewal strategy.
Create complex risk‑management strategies to attract and retain large client accounts.
Partner with industry and carrier experts to deliver strategy and solution options to clients and the broader agency.
About You Required
Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
Must hold appropriate licensing and be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and technology to maximize productivity and quality.
Previous experience in managing client relationships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
Insurance knowledge.
Property & casualty experience preferred, along with solid financial acumen.
Behavior
Ability to develop professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrates composure, stamina, and resilience under pressure.
Works collaboratively within a team as well as independently.

Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the position. Actual compensation will be influenced by factors such as prior experience, education, pay market, geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
