Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will manage the engineering aspects of engineering, procurement, and construction for electrical systems in mission-critical facilities. They will provide leadership across functional, physical, commissioning, and project engineering disciplines, overseeing client relationships, engineering finances, and meetings. Projects range from $50M to over $200M, covering 500,000 to 800,000 square feet, involving teams of 30 to 400 depending on the project stage. This role focuses on technical leadership rather than personnel management, with involvement in electrical, power, and modular design. Experience or interest in modular construction and design is preferred. Location:

Most urgent needs are in Richmond, VA; Aldie, VA; Boydton, VA; and Atlanta, GA. Qualifications: Core Qualifications: Background in design and engineering of mission-critical facilities, with skills in electrical calculations. Interest in manufacturing modular electrical builds. Experience as onsite liaison, overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems. Bachelor’s degree in engineering related to construction (civil, mechanical, electrical, industrial, etc.). 12-15 years of experience with a related bachelor’s degree. PE License is highly preferred. Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, Bluebeam, MS Office, ETAP/SKM, AGI32, etc. Abilities: Ability to work with computer screens for extended periods. Ability to sit for long durations. Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction. Finger dexterity for manipulating objects like keyboards. Good listening and comprehension skills. Effective verbal communication skills. Ability to read and understand written information. Apply general rules to solve specific problems logically. Recognize and understand speech from others.
