Varnum LLP is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Team in our Naples, FL office. This highly regarded Michigan-based law firm has a national client base and is expanding its Southwest Florida presence.
The role offers a competitive salary of $160,000–$225,000 and includes relocation support, bar admission assistance, and benefits such as medical and vision insurance, 401(k), paid maternity and paternity leave.
Qualifications
5+ years of significant experience in real estate law, with a demonstrated ability to lead transactions.
Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to acquisition, sale, and financing of commercial real estate.
Significant experience with condominiums and HOA matters.
Business development capabilities, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to manage client relationships.
Excellent academic credentials, strong organizational skills, and outstanding client service.
Admission to the Florida bar required; non‑licensed candidates must be willing to obtain admission and the firm will provide relocation and bar admission reimbursement.
