The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of significant experience in Florida real estate law, with a strong emphasis on condominium and homeowners’ association (HOA) matters. The candidate should have deep knowledge of Florida Statutes and a proven track record advising boards and associations on a broad range of legal issues, including the drafting, interpretation, and enforcement of governing documents, covenant enforcement and dispute resolution, collections, and compliance with statutory requirements. Candidates should also have experience in commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, sale, and financing of real property. A demonstrated ability to independently manage and lead transactions is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional client service are essential. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. For attorneys not currently licensed in Florida, the firm will provide financial support for bar admission and relocation assistance to Southwest Florida. Qualifications The candidate must have admission to the Florida Bar.
