Base Pay Range $132,900.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Position Overview This is a hybrid position in Portland, Oregon, with U.S. candidates considered. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will lead electrical design for complex industrial facilities, including semiconductor and state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing. You will oversee design work, provide team technical leadership, perform quality reviews, and interact directly with clients, owners, and contractors. Your responsibilities include engineering and design oversight for facility power distribution, grounding, lighting, and low‑voltage communications systems.
Responsibilities
Lead electrical design for semiconductor and mission‑critical facilities
Provide technical leadership and quality reviews of design packages
Develop design requirements and construction documents, including specifications and drawings
Participate in project proposals and present solutions to clients
Act as Electrical discipline lead or quality control reviewer in project meetings
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 12 years of engineering design experience for electrical systems
Experience in semiconductor or mission‑critical facilities
Solid knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards
Experience with electrical power system equipment such as switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS, etc.
Experience with power system software, preferably ETAP
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Team lead experience
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Senior technical leadership experience
Knowledge of Revit or BIM software
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
