Position Summary Design, develop, and implement digital solutions and systems by applying advanced technical expertise to architect and code software applications, conduct system testing and debugging, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to the overall technical direction and innovation of digital engineering projects.

Responsibilities

Leverage expertise to design and implement efficient and scalable solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.

Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions, collaborating with architects and senior engineers.

Provide input on technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability considerations to ensure overall solution meets desired objectives.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.

Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure alignment, provide technical insights, and contribute to decision‑making processes.

Engage in knowledge sharing activities such as code reviews, tech talks, and workshops to foster learning and collaboration.

Implement complex features, enhance existing functionality, and ensure delivery of high‑quality code.

Guide and mentor junior developers, helping them improve their technical skills and grow professionally.

Required Qualifications

7‑10 years of experience in Software Engineering with .NET Framework, C#, SQL Server, and GIT.

Adept at problem solving, decision making, collaboration, teamwork, growth mindset, execution and delivery.

Strong business intelligence skills.

Required Technical Skills

.NET Framework, C#, SQL Server, GIT

Azure and GCP cloud experience

XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Angular, Bootstrap frameworks

REST, SOAP, or Web Service APIs

JIRA, Rally

Enterprise web application deployment

End‑to‑end accountability for architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, enterprise‑grade web applications, APIs, and service‑oriented components.

Development of data‑driven reporting solutions supporting strategic business insights.

Execution of code standards, design and code reviews, technical feasibility assessments aligning with enterprise architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare/Medicare/Stars experience with GCP/Azure; Gen AI preferred.

Education

Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field with at least 2 years of experience in a related occupation.

Pay Range $118,450 – $284,280 Base salary depends on experience, education, geography, and other factors. Eligible for bonuses, commissions, short‑term incentives, and equity awards.
