Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement digital solutions and systems, applying advanced technical expertise to architect and code software applications.

Conduct system testing and debugging, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to the overall technical direction and innovation of digital engineering projects.

Write code, develop software components, and implement complex functionalities according to project requirements.

Collaborate with development team and stakeholders on high‑level architectural decisions, propose design patterns, and ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of digital solutions.

Leverage advanced programming skills to design and implement complex features, optimize performance, and ensure code efficiency.

Integrate various software components or systems, ensuring seamless communication and interoperability between different parts of the digital solution.

Write and execute comprehensive test cases, conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability, stability, and high quality of solutions.

Participate in agile or other development methodologies, attend meetings, contribute to project planning, and help drive progress and success of digital projects.

Explore new tools, frameworks, and techniques to improve digital solutions and drive innovation within the development team.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, architecture diagrams, code documentation, and share knowledge and expertise with team members.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in Software Engineering using .NET Framework, C#, SQL Server, and GIT.

Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.

Execution and delivery orientation: planning, delivering, and supporting projects.

Required Technical Skills

.NET Framework, C#, SQL Server, GIT

XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript

Angular and Bootstrap frameworks

REST, SOAP, or Web Service APIs

JIRA, Rally, and SQL

Deployment of enterprise web applications

End‑to‑end accountability for architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, enterprise‑grade web applications, APIs, and service‑oriented components.

Development of data‑driven reporting solutions supporting strategic business insights and decision‑making.

Leadership across the SDLC, including business requirements analysis, architectural planning, effort estimation, and solution design.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Healthcare/Medicare/Stars and GCP/Azure; Gen AI preferred.

Education Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $92,700.00 – $222,480.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
