Commercial HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician in Seattle, WA. BGIS Integrated Technical Services (ITS) is hiring a skilled HVAC professional for a diverse, inclusive team.
Benefits and Pay:
Pay: $25–$38/hr. ($52,000–$79,040/year) + $150 on-call pay
Tech Flex Program: Choose $3,500 cash bonus, advanced training, or 40 extra holiday hours (5 paid days off)
401(k) with 5% match, 48+ hrs. PTO (up to 168 hrs. with tenure), 7 paid holidays, health coverage, annual boot voucher

What You’ll Do
Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems (air handlers, boilers, chillers, cooling towers)
Perform inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs
Provide excellent customer service and accurate record-keeping
Use company tools: service van, iPad, iPhone
What You Need
US work authorization (citizen or permanent resident)
2–5 years commercial HVAC experience
EPA Certification
Personal hand tools, drill, and Sawzall for fieldwork
Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces
Valid driver’s license (background/drug checks required)
Secure parking for company vehicle (no HOA restrictions)
Professionalism, positive attitude, teamwork, willingness to learn
