Guest Service Agent
Responsible for processing check‑ins/outs, securing payment, verifying and adjusting billing, and assisting guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner, while following high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
Manage front desk operations, including check‑in and check‑out processes.
Handle guest inquiries via phone systems and in person, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
Assist guests with special requests, including room changes or additional services.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and overall hotel success.
Provide information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions.
Address any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Skills
Strong background in hospitality management and guest relations.
Experience working at the front desk in a resort or hotel setting.
Proficiency in using phone systems for effective communication.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing guest interactions.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem‑solving skills to address guest needs promptly.
