What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead collaboration with customers, Software Engineers, and team members to capture capability needs and develop quality business solutions
Actively participate in the full software development life cycle on agile scrum teams in various roles based on experience and project needs
Provide subject matter expertise for project and production activities related to new strategic initiatives
Ensure compliance with standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, providing accurate and concise documentation
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must be a U.S. citizen
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and FTP/SFTP
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
3-5 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry
3-5 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry
3-5 years of experience working with Provider Network data
3-5 years of experience with pricing knowledge, including procedure codes and fee schedules
