This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Alliance, OH. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day HR operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and administering benefits programs. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth HR functions and maintaining compliance with HR regulations. Employee Relations & Leadership Support
Serve as a point of contact for employees and leaders on HR policies, conflict resolution, and workplace matters. Support performance management processes, including coaching, documentation, and progressive discipline. Participate in investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations, ensuring consistency, and compliance. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive work environment. Compliance & Leave Administration
Administer employee leaves (FMLA, ADA, short‑and long‑term disability), ensuring timely documentation and compliance. Maintain HR records, documentation, and personnel files in accordance with legal and policy requirements. Assist with internal audits and ensure adherence to federal and state labor laws. Talent Support & Recruitment
Support recruiting activities including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and participating in candidate selection. Participate in onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Maintain up‑to‑date job descriptions and organizational charts in collaboration with leadership. General HR Operations
Collaborate with HR Director on strategic initiatives and process improvements. Provide data and reports on HR metrics as needed. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion. Participate in company events and activities to promote associate engagement. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills Experience in developing and implementing HR policies Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus EEO Statement
