Full-time Residential Counselor (Mental Group Home) – Marlboro, NJ

The Residential Counselor supports group home residents with daily living activities and delivers high quality services that help consumers achieve measurable outcomes with Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRP).

Key Responsibilities
Support consumers in achieving personal care goals and addressing ongoing challenges.
Educate consumers on medications, track logs, and conduct monthly audits.
Coordinate services based on individual needs.
Transport consumers using the company van as needed.
Deliver high‑quality care in line with IRP.
Accurately document services within required timeframes using electronic health records.
Who You Are
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in mental health, psychology, sociology, social work, human services or related field, or equivalent.
College education or 4 years related work experience.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
