Remote Telesales Associate - USA
Start Date: December 1, 2025
Compensation: Hourly + bi-weekly commission payout
Locations: TX, NC, SC (remote)

Responsibilities
Answer inbound sales calls from prospects and effectively communicate pricing, promotions, and special offers to drive sales conversions.
Efficiently navigate the order entry system as required.
Tailor sales pitches and solutions to address each customer’s needs and demonstrate how our service meets those needs.
Accurately document interaction details and maintain accurate records.
Meet key performance indicators, including sales process, call quality, attendance, call conversion, and product selection.
Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
Stay educated on corporate initiatives, market changes, and process updates.
Stay up-to-date with product features, specifications, pricing, and any changes; articulate product details clearly and accurately.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (college or university education is a plus).
Proven track record in sales, preferably in a call center or telesales environment.
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport and engage customers.
Persuasive and confident sales approach with strong negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of sales processes.
Active listening and consultative selling abilities.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems simultaneously.
Must be available to work the required schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day per week (times: 11:00 am–8:00 pm CST Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm CST Saturday & Sunday).
Access to reliable high-speed internet; hardwired connection recommended.
