Inside Sales Representative - Telemarketing at Advanced Nutrients. The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in gaining new business. Primary tasks include outbound telemarketing and building rapport to create mutually beneficial relationships with Advanced Nutrients. This role has little to no travel and supports accounts virtually over the phone, video calls, and email. Suitable for individuals with strong phone skills, persistence, and the ability to quickly establish rapport. Responsibilities

Meet and exceed assigned goals related to lead generation. Goals and sales progress reviewed weekly with manager and/or sales executive. Actively pursue new accounts in the gardening, hydroponics, or consumer goods sectors. Conduct daily outbound cold calls to potential leads and decision-makers. Build business through extreme client focus, connecting with customers virtually via phone, video calls, and email. Meet or exceed daily/weekly call volume and appointment-setting KPIs. Achieve mastery of Advanced Nutrients product knowledge and apply it to customer questions. Enter all activities in CRM on a daily basis. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Market and industry knowledge is preferred. Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent written, organizational, and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to adapt and quickly build rapport with clients and consumers. Understanding of sales processes and dynamics. Prior experience setting appointments or qualifying B2B leads. Capable of giving sales presentations. Adaptive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; comfortable with change and adapting to new systems and workflows. 1+ years inside sales experience; 1+ years’ experience in a CRM preferred. Must be proficient with a smartphone. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Employment Details
