Compensation Range:

$25.00-29.00 per hour (Full- Time availability needed)

We're seeking a reliable, hard-working individual for a hands-on Shipping & Receiving role with minimal administrative duties. This position is responsible for unloading and inspecting deliveries, organizing inventory, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and ensuring all items are accurately received and stored. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and with a team are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Unload incoming shipments and check contents against order forms Inspect deliveries for damage and report any issues Organize, label, and store items in their proper locations Use safety tools and equipment (e.g., dollies, carts, etc.) Keep the receiving and storage areas clean and well-organized Assist with daily and weekly inventory counts Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal team as needed Return or request replacements for damaged or incorrect shipments Occasionally supervise the unloading of deliveries Follow safety and cleanliness standards at all times Support other team members when needed Physical Requirements:

Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Able to bend, kneel, stoop, squat, and reach throughout the shift Able to stand and walk for long periods, including stairs and ramps Comfortable working in tight spaces and fast-paced environments Able to work in varying temperatures (including kitchen-like conditions) Able to tolerate typical noise and temperature levels of a commercial kitchen and refrigerators. Requirements:

1+ year experience in a similar labor or receiving role Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to clearly communicate with team and vendors Must attend required training and orientation sessions Able to work independently and as part of a team Must follow directions and complete tasks with speed and accuracy Must be flexible with schedule (weekends, holidays, late nights, etc.) PTO blackout period from Thanksgiving week through January (note: we are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas for employees to enjoy time with family)
