Business Analyst - ServiceNow HAM (Mid to Senior Level) Location: [Remote] Contract End Date: 12/31/25

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, specifically in Hardware Asset Management (HAM). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, building, and rolling out HAM use cases, as well as a deep understanding of HAM architecture within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities: • HAM Strategy & Architecture • Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow HAM solutions aligned with business goals. • Define and document HAM data models, lifecycle processes, and integration points. • Collaborate with technical architects to ensure scalable and maintainable HAM implementations. • Use Case Development & Implementation • Gather and analyze business requirements to develop HAM use cases. • Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows. • Configure and customize HAM modules to support asset lifecycle management, procurement, inventory, and disposal. • Stakeholder Engagement • Work closely with IT, procurement, finance, and operations teams to understand asset management needs. • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and solution adoption. • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders. • Process Optimization & Governance • Identify opportunities to improve asset tracking, compliance, and cost control. • Establish governance frameworks and best practices for HAM. • Monitor and report on HAM KPIs and metrics. • Documentation & Reporting • Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user guides. • Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility into asset data and performance.

Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, with a strong focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM). • Proven experience in designing, building, and rolling out HAM use cases. • Deep understanding of HAM architecture, including data models, lifecycle workflows, and integrations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Experience with ITIL processes and asset lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications: • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (Preferred Not Required) - HAM or equivalent. • Experience with other ServiceNow modules such as SAM, CMDB, or ITSM. • Familiarity with scripting and automation within ServiceNow. • Background in enterprise IT environments or consulting. • Previously worked in an agile environment • Has used/worked with Jira ticketing platform
