- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and record journal entries to maintain organized and accurate financial records.
- Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations to resolve discrepancies and ensure account accuracy.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and address accounting-related inquiries.
- Monitor and verify invoices, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to streamline financial operations and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial data in all accounting activities.
- Perform additional tasks to support the accounting department as needed.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software, with preference for QuickBooks, and strong Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong multitasking abilities and capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
