Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain seamless workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards at the construction site.
  • Review and interpret project blueprints, specifications, and plans to guide construction efforts.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Lead on-site teams, providing clear communication and direction to achieve project goals.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on construction progress and site activities.
  • Resolve any on-site challenges, ensuring quality and efficiency in data center construction projects.

A successful Sr Superintendent - Data Center should have:
  • Proven expertise in managing data center construction projects in the property industry.
  • Openness to travel across the US if needed
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and project specifications accurately.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
