Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities for ground-up healthcare projects from start to completion.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and quality control.
  • Maintain and update project timelines, daily logs, and progress reports using tools like Procore or MS Project.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and healthcare construction standards.
  • Review plans, specifications, and submittals, proactively resolving field conflicts.
  • Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients.
  • Promote a safe, efficient, and collaborative jobsite environment at all times.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of superintendent experience in commercial construction, with a strong focus on ground-up healthcare projects.
  • Proven ability to lead field operations and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Solid knowledge of healthcare construction requirements, codes, and infection control procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred; first aid/CPR certification a plus.
