Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with the University of Louisville in the search for a Senior Director of Donor Experience as the university builds towards a transformative comprehensive campaign.

Reporting to the Senior Associate Vice President of Philanthropy, the Senior Director of Donor Experience will work collaboratively across the university to create, execute, and oversee a strategic donor engagement program that encompasses recognition, acknowledgement, reporting, and unique experiences for donors of the University. This comprehensive program will include processes and procedures to ensure a multifaceted plan that properly recognizes university donors at all levels within a customized platform. This position needs to maintain ongoing and active networking with internal and external constituencies, advise on the facilitation of recognition opportunities, and coordinate various activities for donor engagement. This position requires the ability to generate creative solutions for recognizing and stewarding donors to advance the university's efforts to maintain and strengthen high-quality individual relationships with donors, and to think strategically about donor engagement.

A bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience are required for this position. Experience working in a higher education environment is preferred. The University of Louisville will consider candidates with a broad range of backgrounds. The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000 annually.
