Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand recruitment needs and role requirements across clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and qualified candidate pool aligned with Company's goals and workforce priorities.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Review applicant pools to ensure candidates meet corporate and functional qualifications.
- Track job postings and applicant submittals, ensuring timely turnaround on open requisitions.
- Run weekly and monthly reports to track progress and hire metrics.
- Represent client at external job fairs, virtual hiring events, and community outreach programs.
- Partner with universities, colleges, and department leaders to manage internship, residency, and fellowship pipelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the Applicant Tracking System to support compliance and reporting.
- Ensure positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience; healthcare, public health, or government recruiting preferred.
- Experience in using applicant tracking systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Taleo, Workday, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Shift Time: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- $52.00 per hour
