Integrated Resources is hiring: Recruiter in New York

Shift - 9 AM - 5 PM
Pay - $45/hr. - $50/hr.

Duties:

• Review resumes and conduct screening of candidates.
• Track candidate status and update applicant tracking systems.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with general recruitment related administrative task
• Organizes and hosts virtual recruitment fairs and event
• The recruiter will be a team-oriented individual with excellent organization skills.
• The recruiter will be responsible for consulting with department leaders and hiring managers to understand the recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies to leverage a diverse candidate pool that align with COVID 19 testing organizational goals.

Skills:

• Manage and track requested job posting and applicant resume submittals.
• Run weekly and monthly reports on posting to ensure a timely turn around on filling positions.
• Find and attend external job fairs and hiring events Work with Universities/Colleges and department leaders on managing their student internship, Residents and fellowship pool.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system
• Prior experience in a recruiting
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic knowledge of Excel
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple competing prioritiesSchedule
