What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis

Effectively address customer and partner inquiries by providing tailored solutions related to data, AI, and identity intelligence

Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted marketing plans within the Identity Intelligence market

Lead technical resources to demonstrate the advantages of SailPoint's solutions to customers

Develop comprehensive strategic account plans incorporating Agentic Technology solutions

What is Required (Qualifications)

Experience in a specialist sales role (overlay, co-prime, etc.) in a dynamic team-based environment

Proven experience selling across IT stakeholders, ideally with a focus on Cybersecurity/Identity applications

Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with IT executives and individual contributors

Analytical skills to utilize data for driving programs and sales strategies

Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field (preferred but not required)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in selling Machine Identity Security, Data Access Security, and Agent Identity Security offerings

Familiarity with modern Cloud technologies and architectures (IaaS, Cloud Data Platforms, etc.)

Proven ability to synthesize information rapidly in a dynamic environment

Skills in developing and delivering internal training and enablement programs

Knowledge of competitive and complementary organizations in the Identity Intelligence market
