What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
Address customer and partner inquiries with accurate information and tailored solutions
Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted marketing plans in the Identity Intelligence market
Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages to customers
Develop and deliver internal training programs for Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in cybersecurity or identity applications
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment
Strong understanding of IT stakeholders and the Identity Intelligence landscape
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
Experience with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales‑related field
Familiarity with modern Cloud technologies and architectures (IaaS, Cloud Data Platforms)
Previous experience in overlay or specialist sales roles
Knowledge of Agentic Technology solutions and competitive offerings
Ability to develop comprehensive strategic account plans
