Base Pay Range $40,000 – $55,000 per year.
Hybrid Schedule This is a hybrid position based in Ft. Lauderdale, FL or Holmdel, NJ. Team members are expected to work onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
Submit initial, secondary, and tertiary insurance claims daily for assigned clients.
Send corrected claims when needed.
Review and fix claim rejections.
Work on ongoing claim submission and correction projects.
Handle additional billing-related projects as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience
At least 2 years of experience in medical billing (experience with substance abuse, mental health, or ABA a plus).
Able to handle a fast-paced workload and shift priorities as needed.
Organized and comfortable handling multiple tasks at once.
Clear and confident communicator.
Self-starter with a positive, professional demeanor.
Analytical problem-solver who can stay focused when problems arise.
