This hybrid position is based in Ft. Lauderdale, FL or Holmdel, NJ. Team members are expected to work onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Overview CentralReach is a leading provider of autism and IDD care software for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), multidisciplinary therapy, and special education. We support therapy providers, educators, and employers with innovative technology, market-leading expertise, and customer satisfaction. This role is part of the CR BillMax team, which provides billing services for CentralReach clients.
Responsibilities
Post payments daily, weekly, and monthly.
Review EOBs and assign outstanding issues to the appropriate team.
Work with AR team members to correct posting errors.
Flag accounts for additional review due to insurance processing issues.
Adjust payments if posted incorrectly by the system or insurer.
Check accounts daily for follow-ups, files, and EOBs to post.
Ensure ERA postings are completed each day.
Follow up with clients on missing or incomplete payment batches.
Qualifications
2+ years in healthcare payment posting.
Strong math and accounting skills.
Experience with manual and electronic payment posting.
Familiarity with ERAs, EFTs, EOBs, and insurance portals.
Understanding of the revenue cycle and ability to read EOBs.
CentralReach and EDI knowledge is a plus.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; positive and team-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Base pay range:
$40,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr
(actual pay based on skills and experience; talk with your recruiter for details).
Additional incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, may be available where applicable. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.
