Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis Develop business plans that align with your assigned territory Collaborate with marketing to execute plans through partnerships and end-users Lead technical resources to demonstrate the advantages of SailPoint's solutions Own all aspects of the sales cycle, from qualifying leads to negotiations and closing What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in technology or software Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals Strong communication skills for engaging with customers at all organizational levels Ability to effectively utilize Salesforce and other sales management tools Experience in developing and executing marketing or business plans How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business, or a sales-related field Familiarity with identity security solutions and competitive landscape Experience working with partner resources and cross-functional teams History of successful collaboration with marketing teams Understanding of customer service best practices in a technology context
