Role Summary This leadership role oversees installation operations across multiple projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and team development. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive performance and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop installation crews and future field leaders
Manage ordering, delivery, and inventory of materials and equipment
Oversee project progress, crew metrics, and productivity
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Maintain tools, vehicles, and worksite safety
Assist with scheduling, training, warranty management, and occasional snow/ice operations
What You Bring
5+ years in operations/management within landscaping, hardscaping, or construction
Knowledge of horticulture, installation practices, and materials
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize, delegate, and problem‑solve on the fly
High school diploma required; post‑secondary education preferred
