Installation & Construction Team . This individual will lead and support the installation and construction team in delivering quality service while mentoring and supporting the crew. This role is integral to our operations, in leading and executing aspects of landscape construction projects. This role will be responsible for overseeing the work of the crew, ensuring quality and safety at all times. Lead the installation of landscape projects by skillfully operating a variety of tools and equipment, including heavy machinery, chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement devices, shovels, hammers, and drills. Accurately read, interpret, and apply blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications to delegate tasks and ensure proper completion of all work activities. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of an assigned crew, including workload planning, task delegation, and managing time-off schedules to maintain productivity. Drive crew performance by meeting or exceeding established production goals, while fostering teamwork, accountability, and craftsmanship on every project. Deliver projects on time and to specification by executing work in alignment with job plans, schedules, and company quality standards. Collaborate with the project manager to review job estimates and plans before projects are finalized and sold, as needed. Partner with the project manager to review detailed job plans, schedules, and expectations prior to project start. Maintain clear and consistent communication with the project manager throughout the duration of each project, providing updates, feedback, and solutions as needed. Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork weekly. Coordinate and/or conduct preventative maintenance of tools and equipment. Champion a safe and efficient work environment by enforcing compliance with company policies, OSHA/VOSHA requirements, and other applicable safety regulations. Conduct on-site orientations for new employees and team members in new roles, covering company health and safety policies, procedures, and equipment training. Lead weekly on-site safety toolbox meetings with assigned crew to reinforce safe practices and regulatory compliance. Perform regular workplace and jobsite inspections to identify hazards, maintain safety standards, and support productivity. Conduct timely and detailed accident and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and documented. Address and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors promptly, while recognizing andcommending positive health and safety performance. Participate in all department and company meetings to stay aligned with company goals, operations and best practices. What We're Looking For

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience relevant in landscape construction, enhancement, or related field. Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Knowledge of professional landscaping techniques, natural stonework, equipment operation, and safety standards. Perform professionally under pressure and tight deadlines. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Basic understanding of web-based applications for time-keeping, scheduling, and payroll. Strong communication and time management skills A valid driver’s license (required) What We Offer:
