The Manager, Customer & Sales Support reports to the Divisional Senior VP, Sales. Hybrid, Mansfield, MA. This is a Full-Time role. Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Customer & Sales Support Specialists, providing guidance on advanced clerical tasks, sales processes, and customer service strategies. Strategic Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Business Development Managers and vendors, driving collaborative efforts to distinguish TriMark USA quotes and services. Comprehensive Sales Process Leadership: Independently lead all aspects of the sales process, including research, proposal requests, post-buy analysis, and advanced account management. Manage complex telephone calls for Territory Sales Reps and maintain meticulous account files. Competencies
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving strategic objectives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strategic approach. Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to present innovative solutions. Ability to foster collaboration and maintain a positive team environment. Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs. Proven track record of driving results in a customer and sales support role. Qualifications & Experience
4–8 years of experience in customer service. Proven leadership experience in a similar role. Background in hospitality or food service with comprehensive knowledge of supplies. Experience in a distribution environment is highly valued. Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance. The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is a general guideline; actual pay will reflect qualifications and location.
