Compensation: $130,000 – $170,000 per year.
Your Work Matters As a Compensation Analyst, you’ll help shape how our people are rewarded for the work that powers Floor & Decor’s growth. From analyzing market data to supporting salary structures and incentive programs, you’ll turn numbers into insights that drive fairness, consistency, and engagement across the company. Your work ensures our teams feel valued and motivated—because when people thrive, our business does too.
Your Day Consists Of
Analyzing job roles and compensation data to keep our pay competitive and equitable
Supporting salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs
Participating in market surveys and interpreting results to guide business decisions
Preparing data and materials for annual merit and incentive cycles
Collaborating with HR and business partners to apply compensation policies consistently
Supporting compliance, documentation, and reporting needs for HR leadership

You’ll Be Successful With
0–2 years of professional experience in HR, compensation, finance, or data analysis (preferred)
A curious mindset and a love for connecting data to real-world business impact
Strong Excel and analytical skills paired with a keen eye for detail
A collaborative spirit and ability to partner across HR and business teams
Interest in compensation strategy, pay equity, and market trends
Confidence communicating data insights to non-technical audiences
An eagerness to learn, grow, and make a measurable impact early in your career
Work Environment / Physical Expectations
Primarily a sedentary role with extended periods of sitting, though occasional walking, standing, or light physical activity (lifting up to 20 lbs) may be needed.
Work is typically performed in a quiet to moderate office setting, with occasional exposure to active warehouse environments and moving equipment.
Occasional travel required including air and car travel.
