Pricing Strategy Analyst
to join our dynamic team and lead transformative pricing and product initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing company. As a Pricing Strategy Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our data-based decision-making, shaping pricing models, customer agreements, and product strategies that fuel profitability and growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage cutting-edge tools, and provide actionable insights that make an impact. This opportunity is a fully onsite position and they are not offering relocation assistance. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Be the go-to expert for all pricing and product-related questions. Analyze input-cost data to recommend quarterly surcharge rates and base price adjustments. Develop innovative pricing strategies for individual customers using SAP capabilities. Manage customer-specific pricing agreements, ensuring compliance and timely adjustments. Align pricing with contract terms and company standards for consistency and profitability. Product & Market Analysis
Craft pricing strategies for product offerings, including price points, quantity breaks, and scenario modeling. Identify new product opportunities to enhance our portfolio and boost profit margins. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to drive strategic product and pricing initiatives. Project Management & Documentation
Maintain clear, accessible contractual documents in CRM/OneDrive for cross-departmental visibility. Take the lead as a Project Manager on new business opportunities or cross-functional projects. Use project management tools to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. You’ll collaborate with a talented network of teams, including Business Insights, Sales, Marketing, SAP Team, Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, Engineering, and Customer Service. You will use advanced analytics for revenue and profit margin reporting, inventory reporting systems, SAP and CRM platforms and project management tools to keep initiatives on track. WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or Operations. Minimum 4 years in business, with expertise in Marketing/Product Management or Manufacturing Operational/Analytical roles. Strategic thinker with strong planning and analytical abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills; SAP or ERP experience preferred. Exceptional communicator, able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. Strong financial literacy and business acumen. Proactive, independent worker who thrives in nontraditional team structures. Ability to lead through influence and drive results. Occasional travel to customers, vendors, and operational facilities. The base salary range for this full-time position is up to $100,000 plus bonus. The final compensation package will be determined by the work experience, education, and skill level of the applicant along with internal equity and alignment with geographic market data.
